The 40-bed Timothy R. McCormick Transitional Care Center, named after retiring president and CEO of the legacy Unity Health System, offers short-term care following hospitalization so patients can recover before returning to their own homes. Our patient-directed philosophy of care is simple: we're focused on you. Our team will work with you and your hospital medical team to develop a plan of treatment based on your unique recovery needs.
