Description
Dr. Maurer specializes in all aspects of spine and brain surgery; he has been consistently ranked as one of the top neurosurgeons in the country for more than 15 years. He is a nationally recognized surgeon and speaker on surgical methods and practices. His track record for success in neurosurgery is unparalleled in the areas of patient care and surgical quality. He earned both his B.A. in Biology and his medical degree from the University of Rochester, where he also completed post-doctoral residencies in Neurosurgery and General Surgery. Dr. Maurer is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
