Dr. Jeremy Outinen earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at Nova Southeastern University. His externship training at the Malcolm Randall VA focused on primary eye care for veterans and ocular disease treatment including glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. He also trained at Aker Kasten Eye Center focusing on pre- and post-operative care for cataract surgery patients. Dr. Outinen is licensed to practice and provides primary eye care to patients in Rochester, NY.
Education: Dr. Jeremy Outinen earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. He then obtained both a Bachelor of Vision Science and his Doctor of Optometry degree at Nova Southeastern University.
