Shubha Shastry, MD

Description

Dr. Shastry received a PhD in Physiology from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. After completing a postdoctoral research fellowship at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, MA, she received a medical degree from Medical University of the Americas in Nevis, West Indies, while simultaneously teaching Medical Physiology at the school. She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Nephrology fellowship at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola, NY. Dr. Shastry is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
