Description
BURD Home Health is a leading agency for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). The program allows people who need care to hire their family members, friends, or anyone else they trust as paid caregivers, and the caregivers are paid by Medicaid. Our team assists in registering for the program, onboard caregivers, and manage payroll. We are a verified CDPAP facilitator to work with the Public Partnership LLC (PPL). Headquartered in Rochester, we are currently serving families all around New York and five other states. We provide local in-person support in Rochester and Buffalo and remote support in the rest of the state. Our mission is to help families keep their loved ones out of nursing homes and provide care at home.
