Doctors & Clinics Rochester
The Center for Refugee Health, a Rochester Regional Health primary care clinic located at Alexander Street and Monroe Avenue, has served over 5, 000 refugee patients since opening in 2014. With a dedicated staff of 15, including physicians, a care manager, a social worker, and patient navigators, the clinic is the only one of its kind in Monroe County. In collaboration with the Office of Community Medicine, it works to address health disparities and improve outcomes for Rochester’s refugee population. Serving refugees from countries such as Bhutan, Burma, Cuba, and Ukraine, the clinic partners with local resettlement agencies to provide initial health screenings and facilitate access to primary care.
Calls may route to 24-hour support before the end of general hours.
